What Causes High Triglycerides?
If you have diabetes more than likely you struggle with elevated triglycerides. As well as having a tendency toward low HDL cholesterol.

I decided early November 2012 that I needed to lose weight. My
goal was 15 pounds. I thought to myself that maybe it wasn't a
good time to lose weight, with
Thanksgiving right around the corner and all the Holidays coming up. But for me it was a now or never situation in my mind, so I went for it. I started with diatomaceous earth
in the mornings. Two heaping teaspoons mixed with water. I did that for a colon cleanse and detox and the stuff works like I had heard. I would recommend it to anyone.
After 4 days I really started feeling better, seemed like more energy and believe it or not I got on the scale and had lost 3 pounds! So I decided to cut out the potato chips,

January 7th I started riding the bike for another 5 minutes, bringing my total to 10 minutes. Ate normal and weighed in on Feb 1st.
I was down 12 pounds! Shocking. By now my body is feeling great and I am a firm believer in the DE, which I still take every day. So, March comes and I get on scale....bingo I had
dropped 16 pounds, one more than I wanted!
It is now Sept 2013. Update...Jan. 25, 2014. I still take DE every morning and I bought a real bike and do about 3 miles a day...about 20 minutes worth of my time and weather permitting, which it is not! Any time I weigh myself I am the same I was when I reached my goal...183. See I am a man that 35 years ago came out of the Army weighing 183 and somewhere along the line I had put on weight until one day I got on the scale to see 199. It was lose weight or go over 200, never to see the south side of 200 again! So I lost that weight and have maintained the weight I should be at by doing some very small steps which you can do or build on. My body feels great, no more arthritis in my left knee, my age spots faded and I am very regular. I really feel I owe pretty much all of that to the DE!
